To extend/update your RapiTime licence, please do the following:

• Insert your USB licence key
• Execute the utility program "Rapita Licence updater".
  
• A new window will appear. On the "Collect Key Status Information" tab, click the "Collect information" button and save the ".c2v" file.
  
• Email the ".c2v" file to support@rapitasystems.com. Please include the number on the label of the key in your email.

Once we have received the file, we will send back a ".v2c" file to update your key. You should then do the following:

• Save the ".v2c" file we sent you somewhere on your computer.
• Insert your USB licence key.
• Execute the utility program "Rapita Licence updater" (see previous screenshot).
• Click on the tab "Apply licence update" and select the ".v2c" file you have saved earlier then click "Apply update".

You can test the update by using the RapiTime "Version and Licence Info" program from the start menu.
