Rapita Systems welcomes Eve Air Mobility (Eve) as the latest member of their Trailblazer Partnership Program for eVTOL projects. The Trailblazer Program supports the development of reliable critical software by companies working at the cutting edge of aerospace systems development in emerging and disruptive technologies.
Eve started as an eVTOL project in 2017 within Embraer-X, a unique market accelerator inside Embraer, created to find disruptive opportunities for exponential growth. In 2020, Eve became an independent company and, in 2022, was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
The concept of urban air mobility, or UAM, was conceived with the goal of delivering a seamless end-to-end experience to improve the mobility of people in cities around the world. With a focus on people and a collaborative mindset, Eve has been fostering the UAM market worldwide to enable eVTOL flights with the aim of providing communities with a safe, efficient and sustainable mode of transportation.

Eve’s participation in the Trailblazer Program will support software verification activities by providing the use of the industry-leading Rapita Verification Suite (RVS) tool suite, tool integration and support and maintenance.
Dr. Hashem Ghazzawi, Senior Account Manager at Rapita Systems, has worked with Guilherme Figueira Althoff, Senior Engineering Manager, Chief Engineering Office - Development Processes and Cybersecurity, and Fernando Pereira Silva, Flight Software Technical Lead, in supporting Eve in joining the Trailblazer Partner Program. Dr. Ghazzawi said, “We created the Rapita Trailblazer Partnership Program to support new customers during early developments of game-changing technologies. We’re delighted to have Eve Air Mobility on board and we’re looking forward to supporting them on their exciting journey as leaders in the evolution of urban mobility.”
