What you will be doing
As a key driver of Rapita’s digital engine, you’ll lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of all digital marketing activity. Your core responsibilities will include:
Campaign Strategy & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute multichannel digital campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, social, webinars)
- Lead ABM campaigns targeted at key accounts in collaboration with Sales and BD
- Build lead nurturing workflows that support the full buyer journey
Digital Channel Management & Optimisation
- Manage and optimise paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Own SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website performance
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline contribution using analytics tools
Content Creation & Messaging
- Collaborate with marketing team, product specialists and content creators to build compelling campaign assets
- Write and proof digital content (blogs, landing pages, video scripts)
- Ensure all messaging aligns with buyer personas, brand tone, and campaign goals
Social Media
- Deliver the social strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit and other key channels
- Create and schedule content, manage communities, and monitor engagement
- Analyse performance and optimise content for reach and ROI
- Stay up to date with trends, emerging platforms, and digital storytelling techniques
Website & Technical Ownership
- Maintain and optimise website content with an SEO-first approach
- Support accessibility and UX best practice across digital channels
- Work with IT to ensure smooth technical performance
- Report regularly on digital campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other tools
Collaboration & Communication
- Support email marketing, database management, and broader marketing communications
- Contribute to long-term digital planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with the Marketing Manager and product marketing team for positioning and value propositions

Essential skills & attributes
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in a technology environment
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, ABM and marketing automation
- Experience running integrated multichannel campaigns
- Confident with analytics, reporting, and ROI measurement
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Able to interpret data and optimise digital performance
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Salesforce, Mailchimp
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management

- Experience with video, podcasting or multimedia content
