Through a mix of theory and practical training, you will learn how to:

  • Leverage industry-best approaches to AC 20-193 and AMC 20-193 compliance
  • Interpret AC 20-193 and AMC 20-193 and what the objectives mean in practice
  • Select the right multicore hardware for your project
  • Characterize and quantify multicore interference in your platform
  • Estimate worst-case-execution-time for multicore platforms
  • Demonstrate robust partitioning in your multicore system

Dr Guillem Bernat Dr. Guillem Bernat - Rapita Founder   
In 2004, Dr. Guillem Bernat founded Rapita Systems to commercialize technology for measurement-based worst-case execution time (WCET) analysis technology. Guillem has a PhD in Computer Science and is an expert in timing analysis for modern multicore processors.

 

Reza Madjidi Reza Madjidi - CEO of ConsuNova, Inc. (Guest Speaker)   
Reza Madjidi is responsible for driving ConsuNova global business strategy and operations. Mr. Madjidi is an active FAA Systems & Equipment DER (Software). With 20+ years of embedded avionics experience including the development of many critical embedded avionics and safety-critical systems, he is considered a leading expert on avionics certification, working with 30+ of the world’s 50 largest aerospace companies. Holding a BSc and MBA, Mr. Madjidi enjoys hands-on work providing training, detailed gap analysis & avionics certification optimization strategies to companies worldwide. Reza Madjidi is the inventor of several software tools and solution services, including traceGEAR, reviewGEAR, and widely adopted Gap Analysis techniques that have led 15+ global companies to a successful & efficient DO-178/DO-254 compliance completion.

Daniel received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from The College of New Jersey. Based in Novi, MI, Daniel plays a key role in delivering multicore verification projects in the USA.
