Assurance issue notification

We're committed to ensuring that you can trust the verification results produced by RVS even when working at the highest criticality levels such as DO-178C DAL A.

When we become aware of issues that may affect your use of RVS in a qualified environment, we notify you, providing a clear description of the issue, any workarounds and mitigation strategies that we have identified, and a schedule for when we plan to fix the issue, if relevant. We also provide access to our assurance issues portal on our website, so you can check the status of assurance issues whenever you need to.

Assurance issues include anything that may cause false positive results and functional changes introduced to your software by RVS instrumentation. For more information on our Assurance issue policy, see our Assurance issue policy webpage.
